Are Orbs Zombies?

Before we discuss about orbs being zombies, we must have a basic knowledge of both the concepts. While kids and adults know a lot about zombies having played games involving zombies, not many know about orbs. Orbs are mostly round and transparent balls seen in photographs, considered to be representative of spirits or ghosts. Zombies, on the other hand are dead who come alive and are believed to be fond of the brains of human beings.

Use of media and internet helped in raising the bogey of orbs
Orbs are as old as the profession or hobby of photography but in the early years when it was all black and white, few cases of orbs got reported. This can also be attributed to absence of internet and media like TV and radio. It was when orbs were presented as ghosts or spirits showing up as round, transparent balls that more people started to take interest in the phenomenon. The believers put forth reasons to convince skeptics who are hell bent on denying any truth behind the validity of orbs. These people say that there is no ghost or spirit behind orb and is it a result of dust or any other speck depositing on the lens of the camera. The fact that the flash is very close to lens of the camera makes this dust or vapor look like a round transparent ball in the final photo.

Digital camera age has in fact helped in busting the myth
It was the fact that most of the photos in the B&W era containing orbs were those taken in places that were cemeteries or graveyards gave strength to the views of those who claimed these balls to be spiritual orbs. They said that spirits remaining on earth till they get salvation get a chance to reveal themselves in the form of these orbs.

However, with the introduction of digital cameras that made it very easy for people to take photos and see them instantly, orbs appeared many times more in photos busting many myths. Now people could see orbs in photos taken in public places, markets, and even homes in evenings.

Both sides, the believers as well as skeptics, have been maintaining their stances for a long time now and there has been an ongoing debate among people whether orbs have anything to do with the paranormal or they are mere imaginations of people.

Science has totally rejected the claims of believers in orbs
There are many websites dealing with paranormal and there was a time when these sites were accepting pictures of orbs from the public. But now these sites have forbidden people from uploading pictures of orbs. What this suggests is the fact that the scientific community has rejected the claims of believers of orbs. Despite a lot of research having gone into orbs, so far there has been nothing to suggest that there are ghost, spirits, or zombies behind the round and transparent balls that keep appearing in photos taken by people from their digital cameras.
