If you are not aware of the phenomenon called EVP, it stands for Electronic Voice Phenomenon. These are sounds that are heard on radio and other sound recording devices that are like human voices (resemble human voices) that were not present when the sound was being recorded. So if you are listening to famous personality on radio and get to hear some other voices in the background, you can assume it to be EVP. There has been a lot of research done on these sounds but so far, there is no proof to suggest these are human voices. But scientists are unable to trace their origin and unable to explain their origin either. This is why many people believe the phenomenon to be paranormal, just like the round, transparent balls seen in photographs, called orbs.

Those who reject the claims made by believers of orbs as being ghosts or spirits are however taken back by the presence of these round balls in videos. They are short of words to describe how orbs move around in videos even if they were to be accepted as just particles or specks sitting on the flash of the camera. There are believers who se human faces in these round balls and even claim that these balls change colors upon request. Is this some sort of subliminal communication between human beings and the dead, posing as orbs in pictures? EVP most certainly is explained by many as an attempt by the dead to communicate with the living.

Professional people who shot videos at night say that there is certainly something paranormal about orbs as many of them have felt these spirits to be exploring and touching their video equipment. In birthdays and other parties, there are lots of orbs in all shapes and sizes, and surprisingly, many of these orbs even show up facial expressions displayed by us humans. The fact that orbs move across walls as if they are ghosts confirms the belief that they are spirits that are showing up and trying to have some communication with us in the manner that resembles the way they do through EVP.

Of late however, there has been a flooding of orb pictures ever since digital cameras arrived in the hands of the people. Today orbs are not restricted to desolate places like graveyards but can be seen in photos taken inside homes and in happy events like anniversaries and birthdays.

There are people who would never agree to anything like spiritual orbs saying they were probably caused by stirring up of dust at the time when the photo was taken. But even they are at a loss of words when they see videos with orbs moving and changing shape and colors. The same is the case of voices coming out of radio or recording machines referred to as EVP.
